Manage and administer program reporting associated with the Kahua system. Collaborate with the technology team to build, maintain/improve, and scrub reports as prompted by the program.
Support consistent and effective governance practices for Kahua, comprised of record retention, project close-outs/reconciliation, etc.
Calculating intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions in order to conduct basic financial analysis.
Will be analyzing and interpreting a variety of documents such as lease agreements, lien waivers, contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from a college or University.
Minimum of 2 years of project-administrative, database management, and/or performance reporting experience.
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
Knowledge of interpreting contracts, lien waivers, and leases related to the real estate industry.
