    Position summary

    evaluations of maintenance programs through the use of (logs, word, excel, M.S. Office)

    • Initiate the purchase of parts, materials, equipment, supplies etc., in accordance with company procedures and provide technical assistance when required to facilitate such purchases

    • Good interpersonal skills (radios, cell phone, email)

    • Ability to work with a team.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

    • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma

    • Minimum of 1 year experience and/or job-related experience.

    • Maintenance experience is a plus

    OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES

    Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

    In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

    Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.

    Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.

    Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

    Advanced math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide.

    Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages discounts and commissions.

    California Residents: CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training and experience. The salary range is $35 - $36 per hour. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications and experience.
