The Partner Growth Ops Supervisor is responsible for the execution and oversight of inbound and outbound sales motion as part of Digital Velocity Solutions’ (DVS) demand generation campaigns. They will be responsible for the Business Development Representative (BDR) team overall performance of identifying, acquiring, and qualifying new top of funnel opportunities for DVS and our partners. As a strong player/coach, they will participate in the execution of inbound and outbound demand generation campaigns in order to formulate best practices and identify opportunities for improvement across the team of BDRs. This role reports to the Manager of Partner Growth Ops.
The Partner Growth Ops Supervisor will work cross-functionally with internal teams to identify and develop areas within cloud partners that support revenue growth and will be responsible for leading a team of BDRs that are responsible for identifying and engaging contacts in target accounts in addition to engaging, qualifying, and setting meetings with leads that come inbound to the team. The Partner Growth Ops Supervisor will have a quarterly quota for qualified meetings and overall campaign success.
