Our company seeks an individual to coordinate operations of our Google for Education Technical Professional Development (PD) Team (https://events.amplifiedit.com). This team presents online and in person at events across the US and Canada. They also run technical certifications based around Google for Education solutions such as Chrome and Workspace.
The Technical PD Specialist will work directly with the Technical PD Manager to facilitate communications and coordination across the team. This position will look after many of the daily mission critical functions of the online offerings to ensure a strong customer experience, and work on improvements and integration opportunities. They will also work with the Lead, Sales and customer success teams to capture event opportunities, manage planning and post event activities to ensure all events work to contribute to the team and company goals.
This position requires a well-balanced individual — able to be in the weeds with attention to detail but also can see the wider picture and long-term impact in regards to systems, processes and platforms.
This position will be remote.
