The PPM Commerical Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of CDW partner agreement negotiations and will act as the primary point of contact for any necessary coordination with CDW Legal counsel. This includes working with the PPM Brand and category teams, the PPM Partner Development team, and other stakeholders to understand: the inherent partner business models and applicable CDW selling motions, CDW’s preferred forms of governing legal agreements, and any optimal terms and conditions. The Manager will create and own a process to evaluate, draft, and negotiate any new partner agreements or ammendments, and track and communicate all existing partner agreements. This is a senior level position that involves considerable interaction with both internal and external resources, consultants, subject experts, legal and partner teams. In performing this role, the Manager must possess industry/partner knowledge, negotiation experience and strong leadership skills.

5 to 10 years of experience with proposals and/or contracts.
Experience with and understanding of general contract principles.
Advanced capability with Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrable IT product and customer knowledge.
Practitioner Certification (APMP) or Paralegal Certification.
