The incumbent in this position will provide management to the Services Operations coworkers in support of CDW Services' strategies and objectives including; achieving Services' financial and operational goals; managing a team of coworkers and Supervisors; aligning Services' coordination processes within CDW; and expanding Services Operations role within CDW. Key Areas of Responsibility * Work with business leaders and other stakeholders to identify and enable key business initiatives * Manage a team Services Operations coworkers and Supervisors * Ensure training, development and mentoring of all Services Operations coworkers in accordance with CDW principles * Assess, compile, review and present performance metrics to business leaders and other stakeholders on a scheduled basis * Review current processes and implement improvements as necessary * Sponsor and lead key internal projects to enable Services expansion within CDW * Asses the need for and hire coworkers to ensure team capacity aligns to business needs Responsibilities * Apply strategies into actionable directives in alignment with business leaders * Determine salary and other compensation targets and payouts for Team * Limited travel as necessary for individual and team functions * Manage issues to resolution * Minimum Qualifications * Previous supervision or management experience required * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required * Minimum of 7 years' experience in IT related Professional Services environment Other Required Qualifications * Provide forward thinking leadership at all times * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to excel in a dynamic and fast paced environment * Influential with others, tailoring communication to the needs of the target audience Preferred Qualifications * Experience reporting on or analyzing a professional services business model * Experience with Professional Services Automation tools * Experience implementing process improvement projects
