The incumbent of this position will:

• Actively participate in the planning, design, and implementation of Unified Communication systems, infrastructure and related hardware for customers.

• Conduct design sessions, seminars and public presentations

• Implementing test plans, migration plans & delivery plans

• Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex hardware/software problems

• Develop and implement the technical architecture and physical design of the network supporting the Unified Communications

• Network and application troubleshooting.

• Prepare design documents and presentations. Clearly describing the design, including rationale for decisions and implications of decisions

• Deliver high-quality solutions to our customers to ensure their investment in technology is consistent with their business objectives.

• Deliver project responsibilities in line with project plan

• Contribute to product development and written proposals

• Work in a team environment.

• Assist Account Managers during the sales process by educating the customer about new technologies and IP Telephony methodology

• Assist in the management of projects using CDW's project management methodology

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in business, computer science, a related technical degree or equivalent

• 5 years of large-scale, enterprise-class planning, design, implementation and support experience

Other Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of DLP and Cisco Security concepts including data classification and risk analysis

• Experience in Symantec (Vontu) DLP considered a plus

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to illustrate complex compliance concepts in a concise manner will be required

• Basic knowledge of network systems including email, web proxies, Windows file sharing, Network Attached Storage and SharePoint

• Capable of presenting complex technical concepts to senior leadership

• Experience in Incident response operation and planning

• Experience in PCI, HIPAA, HITECH, SARBOX, and/or GLBA analysis a plus

• Comprehensive knowledge of Cisco switching technologies with particular emphasis on switch based security, 802.1x, and AAA subsystems.

• Wireless 802.1x configuration in a Cisco Unified Wireless Infrastructure experience

• Cisco NAC (Network Admission Control) deployment and operation experience

• Ability to work weekends and/or off hours as necessary to meet clients' needs, with occasional overnight travel

• Ability to effectively communicate with clients, coworkers and project sponsors

Preferred Qualifications

• Installation of Oracle 11g on Windows and Linux a plus

• Cisco NAC Profiler (Great Bay Software) experience desired

• CCIE certification preferred
