What is required of the CCA

The successful candidate will be dedicated with a keen eye for detail and the desire to over perform with a flexible approach to working hours. The CCA will need to work with sound judgement that leads to effective prioritisation.

Key skills & attributes;

• Previous Customer Service Experience

• Highly PC Literate with strong administrative skills

• Ideally NVQ Level 2 qualified or equivalent

• Smart in appearance with an excellent telephone manner
