Position summary

y implemented and all intermediate steps are followed to achieve full compliance.

  • Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.

  • Ensure that accidents, incidents, compliance deviations and enforcement actions are fully investigated and works with operations to ensure that corrective and/or preventive measures are implemented.

  • As needed develop and enforce that workplace safety procedures, policies and procedures, safety campaigns and programs are implemented and adhered to.

  • Support the Country Manager on Budget./Capex estimation and follow-up.

  • Actively share knowledge e.g. act as trainer, mentor or coach for selected areas of expertise.

  • Support business development, participate and contribute to (client) meetings, interactions and audits.

What your background should look like

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • A-levels or a higher school leaving certificate.

  • Bachelor Degree or Educational Training in related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in personnel management.

  • Business Management experience.

  • Fluent English language skills and Greek as a mother tongue.

  • Logistics or pharma experience would be considered as an advantage.

  • Great interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset.
