Inside Sales Representative (Dutch or French Speaker)

The Inside Sales Representative should be able to build a high-performance portfolio and ensure customer satisfaction and company objectives.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails

  • Manage and develop existing portfolio

  • Perform under a quick sales environment (phone calls - emails)

  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

  • Maintain and expand our database of prospects within the assigned territory

  • Manage accounts, prospects, calls and activity in

  • Route qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure when appropriate

  • Staying informed about competing products and services

  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets

  • Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process

Candidate Requirement

  • Language Requirement:

  • Dutch and/or French (Benelux + France market) Native level - Essential

  • English Language - Conversational level (Essential)

  • Strong listening and communication skills, rapport building skills

  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing several calls per day

  • Discipline and time management

  • Experience working with a CRM, preferably

  • Professional and confident presentation skills

  • Proven work experience as an Inside Sale Representative

  • Ability to achieve targets

  • Level of higher education (in International Business, Transport, Sales or equivalent would be an advantage)
