• Support the sales team by assessing and advising on clinical supply solutions services, maintaining communication with Global & Regional Ops Managers for task coordination between CS and Ops.

• Create study-specific instructions for internal CSS clients using standardized templates, organizing and making project-related information accessible to concerned parties.

• Train and instruct Depot Managers, Depot Pharmacists, QA

• Consultants, and other relevant associates on project-specific details, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely updates on project information.

What your background should look like

• University degree or studies in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, Business Administration, International Trading, or Logistics (preferred: Pharma Logistics).

• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

• Proficiency in English (written and oral); knowledge of Portuguese, Spanish, or other languages is a plus.

• Ability to multi-task, handle multiple projects, work under pressure, and maintain close attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision, and to train various levels of end users.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of GxPs and international industry-related guidelines (WHO, ICH, FDA, EU, etc.).
