Junior Project Manager
Position Description
We are looking for a skillful and discerning junior project manager who will help us enable the business for continued growth. The ideal candidate is a high IQ/high EQ generalist with extraordinary motivation towards getting things done.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with various functional departments and leaders, gaining exposure to every part of our business with daily opportunities to grow your expertise, skills and influence. Your future duties and responsibilities
• You will partner closely with the team to identify and address business enablement/growth needs.
• You will help manage key operational and strategic initiatives across the business through planning, scheduling and operationalizing various programs and change management projects.
• You will partner cross-functionally within the business as part of a “hub” to help drive our strategy by synthesizing insights and setting actionable plans.
• You will be responsible for tracking and analyzing metrics for key initiatives.
• You will contribute to process engineering and improvement efforts.
• You will help prepare departmental presentations.
• You will develop and drive internal communication plans.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Liberal Arts, others.)
Proficient in technology and desktop applications, especially Microsoft Office applications. Certified MS Excel Expert preferred.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $59,000-113,500.
