RPA Developer
Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking an RPA Developer that has experience with UiPath, Agile Development Methodologies, Software Development (C# with .Net Core, Java, Go-Lang, or Python) and relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DB2, or Oracle).
This role can be located anywhere in the U.S. However, preferred location is Baltimore, MD.
Your future duties and responsibilities
• Architect, design, code, implement, and deploy next-generation robotic applications using UiPath and software engineering best practices.
• Plan, coordinate, led RPA projects from inception to production.
• Mentoring and coaching technical staff as well as less technically proficient professionals on RPA best practices, bot deployment strategies and low-code benefits
• Develop technical proficiency in the agency’s robotic operation and advocate value of capabilities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation on RPA tools and practices.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, as needed, for projects.
• Brief management, customer, team, or vendors using written and oral skills at an appropriate technical level for the audience.
• All other duties as assigned or directed.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of combined experience with RPA development, software systems/application analysis, design, and development
• 2+ years of combined experience designing and developing bots (UiPath, Blue Prism, automation anywhere)
• 2+ years of experience using modern software deployment strategies (e.g. Jenkins)
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate with both business focused and technical focused audiences
• Solid experience in identifying and qualifying opportunities and benefits for applying software robotics throughout an enterprise.
• Solid knowledge of the principal UiPath components including UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, and UiPath Robot
• Good knowledge of the UiPath libraries and activities
• Solid understanding of UiPath templates and frameworks such as the ReFramework
• Experience with UiPath Studio and associated tools such as Recording, Screen Scraping, Data Scraping, Ui Explorer, Package Management, Debug, and Workflow Analyzer
• Experience with UiPath Sequences, Flow Chart and State Machines project types
• Use of agile methodologies for bot development
• Experience project planning and tracking for RPA projects.
• Basic development experience using a major programming language such as C# with .Net Core, Java, Go-Lang, or Python.
• Knowledge of building selectors with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $66,300 - $116,100
