Position summary

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Management:

  • Creative Approvals: Facilitate the approval process for all creative assets, ensuring they meet Chewy strict brand guidelines and compliance requirements before launch.

  • Quality Control: Double-check the accuracy and format of creative assets to ensure they align with campaign objectives and are ready for deployment.

  • Asset Management: Ensure all submitted creative assets are correctly submitted, organized, and tracked across campaigns.

Campaign Operations:

  • Campaign Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise during the campaign lifecycle.

  • Billing and Invoicing: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate non-standard billing for all campaigns. Assist in tracking spend and confirming budget adherence.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Campaign Reporting: Assist Account Management with regular reports on campaign performance, ensuring they are delivered on time and with actionable insights.

  • Internal Partner Communication: Communicate campaign results to relevant internal teams, ensuring alignment across departments.

Collaboration & Cross-functional Support:

  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with Account Managers, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth campaign launches and successful outcomes.

  • Client Support: Assist the team in responding to customer requests related to campaign performance, asset delivery, and troubleshooting.

  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess operational processes and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, ad operations, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, campaign setup, and reporting tools.

  • Experience with asset management and creative workflows is a plus.

  • Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality control.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.

  • Knowledge of advertising technologies and platforms is a plus.

  • Attributes:

  • Customer-first approach with a focus on delivering excellent service to both internal teams and external clients.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with multiple team members.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
