What You'll Need:
Education: Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years in customer service and/or B2B sales, process, and implementation; 5+ years leading teams in product, program, and organizational change.
Cross-functional Leadership: Confirmed ability to handle and collaborate across teams, both internally and with external partners and customers.
Process Improvement: Strong ability to identify and drive process improvements, quantify benefits, and lead multiple projects simultaneously, both remotely and in person.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Relationship Building: Strong skills in building and maintaining customer/client relationships.
Results-Oriented: Track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, Lucid chart, Jira, Confluence, SendGrid, Oracle, and MS Office.

Hub Locations & Work Arrangement:
Hub Locations: Bellevue, WA or Plantation, FL
Hybrid Model: 2+ days in hub location per week
Remote: This role is NOT a remote role.
The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Pay Range
$149,000-$245,000 USD
