Position summary

design, analysis, validation, and documentation.

  • Respond to high priority requests from senior business leaders.

  • Improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating or simplifying self-service support for secondary data sets.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field, and 3 years of experience.

  • Will accept Master's and 1 year of experience.

  • Full term of experience must include: data management, manipulation, reporting, large data management, data science;

  • Develop and own data injection, management, insight generation processes and tools for routing and shipment part of supply chain;

  • ETL methodology;

  • leveraging large data sets from multiple systems producing quality, scalable products;

  • Automating, standardizing, and publishing key dashboards, using reporting/analytics tools (Tableau);

  • SQL and various technological platforms.

  • The position is eligible for the Employee Referral Program.

Compensation & Benefits:

Our salary range for a Business Intelligence Engineer II position is $100,000.00 - $159,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
