What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, HR, or related field; CPP certification preferred.
3-5 years of experience in payroll operations or a related role.
Proficiency with payroll software (e.g. Workday, Pro WFM, ADP Smart Compliance) and MS Office Suite (Excel a must, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong knowledge of payroll tax regulations, wage laws, and compliance standards.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Full-time exempt role, typically requiring 40 hours per week.
May require occasional overtime to meet payroll deadlines or during audits.
Hybrid or in-office work environment.
