**
What You'll Do**

  • Lead the creative direction, execution, and delivery of assets produced across the Design Shop, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and brand standards.

  • Own end-to-end creative workflows-from brief through final delivery-ensuring seamless execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.

  • Spend approximately 50% of your time in hands-on design, setting the standard for craft, innovation, and executional excellence.

  • Review, approve, and elevate creative output across the team, providing clear, actionable, and constructive feedback.

  • Partner closely with copy and design teammates to concept and deliver cohesive, high-impact creative.

  • Ensure work is strategically sound, customer-focused, and aligned with channel best practices.

  • Operate with urgency and clarity in fast-moving, tight-turn environments.

  • Proactively identify creative or workflow challenges and present thoughtful, solutions-oriented recommendations.

  • Uphold and continuously push brand standards, visual storytelling, typography, and layout excellence.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to understand goals and deliver exceptional creative service.

  • Help optimize processes, workflows, and tools to enable efficient, high-quality output.

  • Consistently raise the bar-both in your own work and across the team.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.

  • 7+ years of professional design experience in an in-house or agency environment.

  • Proven experience operating as a senior-level creative contributor who leads through excellence and influence.

  • A compelling portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital work and strong conceptual thinking.

  • Exceptional craft across typography, layout, brand systems, and digital visual storytelling.

  • Strong ability to provide clear, actionable creative critique that elevates team output.

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting and defending creative decisions.

  • Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to think quickly, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows and executions to accelerate ideation, streamline production, and elevate the quality of output.

  • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
