What You'll Do:
Own site merchandising strategies for Chewy private brands, including go-to-market launch plans as well as ongoing taxonomy and content plans to sustain the growth of new and best-selling products
Identify site merchandising dependencies and implement mechanisms with partner teams to ensure flawless onsite experiences
Create and maintain mechanisms to keep cross-functional partners and leadership informed, as well as to surface key debates with relevant stakeholders
Own inputs into partner team roadmaps to develop required features and reporting that can scale to the rest of the site merchandising team. Identify go-big opportunities and advocate for internal and external resources where needed to surprise & delight customers
What You'll Need:
College degree in business-related field
7+ years work experience, with 2+ years in ecommerce
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively cross-functionally
Demonstrate a data-driven approach to problem solving and prioritization
Ability to think ahead and set plans in motion for future growth needs
Ability to work effectively cross-functionally

Familiarity with SQL and advanced Excel capabilities
Compensation & Benefits:
Our salary range for a Senior Site Merchandising Manager position is $110,500.00 - $176,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k, and a new hire and annual equity grant.
