  • Foster a relationship with Healthcare Leaders and cross-functional partners

  • Partner closely with cross-functional partners, like the Veterinary Relations Team, to understand their needs to identify the right talent

  • Track program goals, metrics, and performance; regularly communicate status and results

  • Conceptualize, operationalize, and complete Healthcare Campus Strategy and hiring demand

  • Drive the creation, execution, and pipeline management for in-clinic student job opportunities, starting with veterinary students and potentially growing to vet techs

  • Own the Veterinary Student Ambassador Program and Executive Sponsorship Program for our Tier 1 Veterinary Medical Schools

  • Represent CVC at veterinary school career fairs, manage the company's presence, and improve Chewy's brand as a leading employer

  • Manage the pipeline for future opportunities at CVC hospitals, ensuring alignment with hiring demand and organizational growth

  • Work with the TA Marketing team to create engaging marketing materials to promote student programs and amplify visibility through the Student Ambassador network

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for campus candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their program involvement

What You'll Need:

  • 7+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment

  • 2+ years of program management experience within the Talent Acquisition function

  • Proven track record to build and scale veterinary recruiting programs

  • Veterinary Medicine experience is preferred

  • Familiarity with veterinary education programs and early career engagement strategies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with consistent track record of taking initiative and building strong, positive relationships

  • Travel expectations, up to 25%

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.

Pay Range

$129,500-$207,000 USD
