Position summary

  • Translate briefs and business goals into actionable content strategies and narratives across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

  • Partner closely with social content creators to develop, build, and optimize content tied to specific campaigns, launches, or cultural moments.

  • Ensure our publishing cadence delivers on reach, engagement, and storytelling goals - across tentpoles and sustain efforts.

  • Collaborate with the Community & Culture Strategist to integrate emerging trends, white space opportunities, and community insights into planning cycles.

  • Evaluate content performance and recommend calendar pivots or thematic focus shifts based on findings.

  • Develop and present briefs and content plans to social leadership and cross-functional partners.

  • Partner with the Ops Lead to ensure plans are implemented efficiently, with appropriate lead times and documentation.

What You'll Need:

  • 6-8+ years of experience in social content strategy, editorial planning, digital brand marketing, or related roles.

  • Demonstrated experience owning multi-platform editorial calendars in a fast-paced brand or agency environment.

  • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to connect brand positioning, creative ideas, and content formats.

  • Collaborative approach and experience working cross-functionally with creators, strategists, and campaign partners.

  • Deep knowledge of social platform behaviors, standard processes, and emerging trends.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and briefing skills.

  • Familiarity with project and content tools (e.g., Airtable, Sprinklr, Trello, Google Workspace).
