Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management, as well as content and flow of information for senior executives.
Partner with other administrators and staff to ensure cross functional alignment, efficiency and collaboration.
Manage senior executives' travel logistics and activities.
Provide administrative and office support both virtual and in person. Example: note taking, spreadsheet creation, presentation creation, meeting facilitation.
Organize team communications and research, plan and execute events.
Comfortable working in a mobile, interactive environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, Teams, Onenote, workday, Miro, etc. and efficient at learning new technology. Willing to adopt as new systems come out.
