Accounts Payable Representative

C.H. Robinson’s European branches are in The Netherlands, Italy, Spain, UK, Belgium, France, Germany, Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Sweden, Turkey and Ireland.

Your accountabilities:

• Reviewing transportation documents

• Carrier master data

• Carrier invoices processing

• Handling payments to carriers

• Solving all invoice issues with our branches

• Complaint handling

• Filing and archiving

Your professional profile:

• Positive & Motivated

• Strong organizational skills

• Detail oriented & accurate

• Accounting knowledge is a need

• Ability to reading legal documents is a plus

• Upper Intermediate English required (min.B2)

• Additional European languages are an asset

• Graduate or equivalent experience
