Collection Representative with German

We are looking for a talented & dynamic Collection representative with German to join our SSC in Wrocław.

Your accountabilities:

• Calling, emailing, and/or faxing customers requesting payment status on past due balances in a professional and courteous manner

• Researching all credits, balance dues in their entirety and providing clear documentation to the customer and branches requesting resolution

• Follow set escalation process on problematic accounts

• Provide timely and professional service to branches and customers, answering questions or researching/resolving invoicing issues

• Build and coordinate partnerships internally with branches to strengthen customer relations and overall CHR profitability 

Your professional profile:

• Degree in finance and accounting

• Proficiency (C1) in German and Polish, (B2) in English

• Analytical skills

• Ability to use own judgment and make decisions

• Good communication skills

• Strong customer service skills

• Knowledge of other European languages ​​is welcome
