Ihre Aufgaben:
- Abwicklung von Seefracht-Importsendungen inklusive Zollabwicklung
- Koordination von Gestellungsterminer und Nachläufe
- Einkauf von Frachtraten und Buchung von Frachtraum
- Erstellung von Offerten und Unterstützung der Verkaufsorganisation
- Abrechnung der Transporte und Bearbeitung von Eingangsbelegen
- Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden
- Kommunikation mit dem nationalen und internationalen C.H.Robinson Netzwerk
Ihr Profil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Bereich Import
- ADR-Training (kein Muss)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kundenorientierung und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Teamfähigkeit
