Ihre Aufgaben:
Abwicklung von Importsendungen
Koordination von Gestellungsterminen
Einkauf von Frachtraten und Buchung von Frachtraum
Abrechnung der Transporte und Bearbeitung von Eingangsbelegen
Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden
Kommunikation mit dem nationalen und internationalen C.H.Robinson Netzwerk.
Ihr Profil:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
Berufserfahrung im Bereich Import
Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Grundkentnisse Excel
Kommunikative Kompetenz
Kundenorientierung und Qualitätsbewusstsein
Teamfähigkeit.
