Operational Representative Carrier Ecosystem

Currently we are looking for a Operational Representative Carrier Ecosystem who will be responsible for monitoring fuel card processes and their profitability, including the administration and monitoring of the usage by carriers of fuel cards. The person will focus on internal and/or external customer needs, recognize service issues, implement customer-focused practices and/or escalate when appropriate.

What will you be doing?

• Performing administrative activities for value added products & services available for carriers

• Analyzing data and trends

• Acting as the first point of contact for our carriers

• Working with internal network across divisions: legal, marketing, sales, Technology, finance

• Supporting marketing efforts in promoting new products & services

• Running reports for internal network

• Building relationships within internal and external network

• Working on design, implementation and execution of new products and services for our European Carrier base

We are looking for a person, who:

Required:

• Has minimum 2 years of experience in customer service department

• Is proficient in English – you will be working in English daily

• Has excellent understanding of customer operations and strong commercial ability

• Is able to use own judgment and make decisions

• Has excellent communication skills

• Has ability to work independently under limited supervision –manager is located on a different location in Europe

Would be an asset:

• Supply chain knowledge

• Experience with fuel cards
