    Position summary

    trades service request costs and service performance. This role also includes acting as representative of the facilities team to our customers (theatre management) and vendors.

    A Day in the Life of a HVAC Regional Manager:

    • Support region assigned theatres for HVAC/Refrigeration/Small Appliance Service requests

    • Provide phone technical support to field service technicians

    • Emergency on call duty one week out of every eight weeks (with comp time)

    • Regular(daily) interaction with theatre management

    • Prioritize theatre service requests

    • Oversee specific construction trades service request costs and service performance

    • Act as representative of facilities team to theatre management and vendors

    • Daily reviewal of region assigned repair proposals and invoices

    • At times, conduct installation inspections at theaters nationwide as part of RTU replacements

    • Find, vet, negotiate, onboard, and manage performance of our HVAC/Refrigeration/Small appliance service vendors

    • Negotiate and execute HVAC maintenance contracts

    • Update HVAC equipment asset inventories via Service Channel

    • Create/update/dispatch PM modules for scheduled services

    • Manage HVAC planned replacement projects including assisting in analyzation of system replacement considerations.

    You Will Need to Have:

    • Ability to self-start, self-motivated
    • 5+ years of HVAC field experience in the design, manufacturing, and support of HVAC equipment
    • Must have strong knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration/Small Appliance pricing
    • HVAC equipment replacement experience
    • Excellent customer service with a positive attitude
    • Facilities maintenance/construction experience and/or education is an asset
    • Theater operation knowledge and experience is an asset
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
    • Ability to read MEP plans
    • Workflow management competencies
    • Superior problem-solving and communication skills
    • Great work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment
    • Ability to learn web-based software applications quickly
    • General knowledge of HVAC&R repairs, repair completion time (prioritizing urgent issues), product/parts and pricing
    • Proficient at Microsoft office, Outlook, Word, Excel, pivot tables, V-look up, formulas.
    • Travel required 4 trips a year approximately 1-week duration ea. (equip Retrofits)
    • Must be able to climb a ladder for theater rooftop access
