We are looking for a Logistics Analyst to add to our growing team. If you have experiencemonitoring and assisting shipping activities from multiple global warehouses and internal customers, and performing service entries for invoices from logistics vendors, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring, and assisting as needed, day to day shipping activities from multiple global warehouses and internal customers
• Actively seek improvements in processes and procedures
• Perform service entries for invoices from logistics vendors as needed
• Monitor performance of vendors that relate to the logistics functions and provide statistical data to management
• Ability to handle a large volume of daily emails and prioritize them for importance
• Continuous awareness and working knowledge of international trade laws and regulation, including, but not limited to: Export Administration Regulations (EAR); Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA); Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC)
• Ability to accurately detail and classify products for ECCN and HTS
• Document and apply for Commodity Classification Automated Tracking (CCATS)
• Document and apply for export licenses in BIS SNAP-R system
• Some limited travel may be required. Less than 5% of the total job requirement

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or International Business
• 3-5 years of international logistics experience
• Ability to prioritize tasks with little management guidance
• Ability to identify complex problems, review information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
• Ability to simplify complex processes and to prioritize activities around them
• The highest level of personal integrity and ethical responsibility
• Excellent internal/external customer service skills
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Experience with Asian based supply chains
• Experience with various transportation modes air, small package, ocean
• Experience with international trade compliance, import/export laws and regulations
• SAP & SAP GTS system (or similar) experience preferred
• Knowledge of label creation software preferred (Software knowledge a plus!)
• CUSECO or similar certification preferred
