What You'll Do:

• Design new product features and enhancements that align with the business's top priorities.
• Design solutions for an ecosystem of end-user touch points and administrative interfaces.
• Play an active role in advocating for a Human-Centered Design process and creating a collaborative environment.
• Facilitate and lead customer research studies and "level up" your project team with user insights and understanding.
• Think deeply about user experience and apply business rationale to inform your designs.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and others to bring a unique design-centric perspective to the table.
• Plan and implement design research with customers and share findings broadly across the organization.
• Inspire and lead the team toward real business outcomes, while living our "kinder than necessary" value.

Who you’ll work with:

You'll work closely with Product Design, Product Management, Engineering, Design Research, and teams across Cisco to help drive design on the Duo Security product.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years Product Design or UX experience
• 2+ years Experience working with technical/product teams to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• A portfolio of product design work

Nice to Have:

• A consistent track record of using principles of visual design and information architecture to create easy-to-use and intuitive user interfaces.
• Experience designing in the cybersecurity or enterprise space.
