MYS Citibank Berhad - TTS Client Operations - Regulatory Reporting

This position will have a responsibility of managing Regulatory-reporting process under Cash BOP (Balance of Payments) at Franchise level, covering ICG and consolidate feeders from GCB as well.
It is one of critical roles with direct engagement with Regulator from FEA and Statistical supervision team, who has set stringent reporting requirements in ensuring quality and timely reporting.
Role also requires direct Citi communication for payment purpose codes as needed for regulatory reporting and client education for continued improvement.
Overall responsibility includes driving strategic direction, ensuring the team is adhering to firm policies and procedures.
Strengthening operating risks and controls by focusing on early detections and escalations.
Eliminating/reduce manual work and redundancies by driving the digitalization/automation to streamline the processes and procedures.
Driving a strong engagement and governance model across the business
Build a strong reputation with regulator on reporting and participate
Build a high-performing team by leading and coaching direct reports to be able to achieve the business objectives
Ensure the appropriate skills and experience are developed within the business to promote career development and growth
Develop leadership skills of direct reports through both training and challenging on-the job assignments
Promote a positive and committed team environment to underpin strong employee engagement
Over 5 years of relevant work experience knowledge on ICG ops or regulatory reporting would be an advantage
