The Merchandise and Creative Services team within the US Consumer, and Citi Mortgage centralized organization is responsible for the strategy and execution of merchandising, advertising and collateral for the Retail and Mortgage businesses. The Program Management Analyst within the Citi Mortgage division will have responsibility for providing marketing support to drive volume and increase mortgage purchase market share. He/she will work closely with partners within the Distributed Retail Sales Channel, a business unit designed to drive mortgage volume through self-source originations and relationships with real estate agents and builders. This position will report to the Marketing Group Manager for Merchandise and Creative Services and will play a critical role in driving a shift in our marketing strategy towards a more streamlined approach that maximizes impact through increased digital, collaboration with sales partners, and addition of new channels. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day management and the development of the teams marketing and collateral projects.
- Execute print and email collateral creative development, implementation and tracking
- Conduct systematic reviews of existing materials; collaborate with business partners to update and ensure accuracy and compliance
- Manage key vendor relationships associated with the implementation of print and email collateral self-service platforms
Partner with Retail Merchandising and Digital teams on efforts to market mortgage products and Home Lending Officers through in-branch assets
Coordinate the fulfillment of print and digital advertising and signage to support mortgage originations goals
Support event sponsorship entitlements, including creative development for print ads, digital, promotional items, signage, and logo distribution
Self-starter, detail-oriented, pro-active, able to work independently as well as in teams. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and work well under pressure and tight deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong prioritization and project management skills. Digital marketing experience preferred. Vendor management and agency management experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing coordination role, preferably in the mortgage/banking industry. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business management.
