ROHQ - VSM - Regional Performance Management Manager Manila (C13)
- Manage, develop and coach a team of Variable Incentive Compensation analysts
- Contribute to effective Incentive Plan designs that align the needs of stakeholders with the ability to achieve objectives;
- Prioritize and review quality of teams work to ensure deliverables are met
- Liaise with country contacts for data, information and feedback for the covered channel;
- Manage the ongoing development of models for incentive programs;
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance processes and work flows
- Support regular evaluation of incentive programs to discuss and develop recommendations for adjustment and improvements;
- Assist in assessment of incentive program effectiveness;
- Support ad hoc analytics related to incentives;
Ensure compliance with policies & procedures.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
Minimum Bachelors Degree ( Masters degree- preferred)
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the financial industry, Business/Financial Planning & Analysis and/or Compensation experience preferred;
- Well-developed relationship management, consultative and problem-solving skills, personally committed to the delivery of exceptional results;
- Business driven, with well-developed change leader skill set;
- Able to influence effectively; gain support for new ideas and approaches across multiple stakeholders with varying agendas and shifting priorities;
- Perform with a sense of urgency without compromising on excellence with a strong commitment to achieving results;
- Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders ; understands stakeholder matrix and be able to influence decisions based on factual data
- Decisive, capable of thinking through and trouble-shooting nuanced and complex situations;
- A committed team leader;
- Highly driven and self-motivated;
- Proficiency in MS office applications.
