    Technical expert and point of contact for the Wheeled Tractor products (TLB/TL/RTFL) meeting customer requirements by working closely with product experts and analyzing digital data from multiple sources to develop processes and features to improve quality and performance.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze, correlate, and decipher digital telematics data to understand customer applications and needs driving product improvements into the wheeled tractor projects.
    • Participate in long term product strategy development with other multi-functional team members to continually improve product performance for our customers.
    • Continually improve the data collection process by supporting the development of methods and logic to exceed customer expectations by improving quality, performance, and efficiency.
    • Lead definition and development of digital and quality initiatives for the Wheeled Tractor product.
    • Lead assigned team members by facilitating and documenting necessary meetings; tracking actions to closure and ensuring product proposals can meet the requirements of cost, robustness, and feasibility for the customer’s application.
    • Provide regular status updates to chief engineer and senior management as requested assuring follow up on action items assigned.
    • Develop and monitor investments, timing plans, risk assessments & mitigation for assigned projects.
    • Participate as a mentor for multi-functional teams assigned to achieve project objectives.
    • Remain current on engineering and construction and/or agricultural technological developments and evolving field practices through field contacts/visits, attending meetings and membership in technical societies.
    • Promote engineering methodologies, philosophies and tools to ensure robust root-cause, risk and mitigation analysis.
    • Support and cultivate the CNH Industrial 5 Cultural Beliefs through your actions, ethics, and communication.
    • Other duties requiring high proficiency and expertise as assigned by the Chief Engineer.

    The salary range for this position is $84,000 - $120,000 annually (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

    Qualifications

    Minimum qualification:

    • BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural Engineering
    • Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience working with off-road equipment and a knowledge of machine systems.

    Preferred Qualification:

    • Experience with how customer expectations relates to machine performance and requirements.
    • Knowledge of telematic and digital conductivity and how to correlate it to real world data.
    • Experience with completion of multiple major projects, from conception to product release.
    • Excellent Communication and Social skills to work with a multi-cultural team to communicate issues, ideas, concepts and solutions to internal customers and management.
    • Independent thinking and strong analytical skills and knowledge to represent product development by committing and meeting targets and deadlines.
    • Ability to travel to other plants and supplier locations worldwide as required to represent the product line, coordinate multi-cultural activities, and meet the demands of assigned programs.
    • Ability to guide Component Product Lines, Design Analysis & Simulation, and other supporting team efforts for the betterment of the product.
    • Ability to use Microsoft office suite of software (Word, Power Point, Excel).
