We are seeking a Financial Analyst College Co-op to support the North America Financial Services team.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with the North America Capital FP&A and Business Reporting teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team on periodic pricing activities (loading, validation, etc.) and analyses to drive program simplification and margin improvement.
• Analyze usage and effectiveness of CNH Capital sales incentive methods; Power Funds, Retail Sales Bonus (RSB, etc. Support for Senior FP&A analysts maintaining and improving Product Line models and reporting; including Retail (Loan & Lease), Wholesale, Productivity Plus, and Insurance.
• Overhead cost analysis and control; collaboration with business partners to set SG&A budgets and monitor actual spending to ensure costs are properly accrued and consistent with budgetary expectations.

This position will pay between $18.79-$28.97/hour. 

Qualifications

• Pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related degree area.
• Be able to commute to/from Racine, WI.
