Logistics Business Area Manager

We are actively seeking a Logistics Business Area Manager to join our manufacturing team in Fargo, ND.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand.
• Sets up equipment operation feed, speed and temperature.
• Follows established procedures and drives continuous improvement in the plant's manufacturing processes, including fabrication, welding, paint and/or assembly.
• Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing.
• Resolves issues related to the organization's production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• 5 or more years of manufacturing experience, to include demonstrated leadership skills and successful project management experience

The annual salary for this role is $93,000-123,500 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
