Scores tests electronically and manually, enters scores into the database and resolves or assists in resolution of individual testing issue
Verifies and maintains accuracy of detailed data and information, detect data errors
Collects, compare, organize, and interpret large volumes of detailed data and information from a variety of sources for accuracy and completeness and prepare accurate records and reports
Meets schedules and deadlines of the work unit
Maintains offsite database and other tracking records for analysis; retrieves test results; produces detailed statistical reports; performs data entry; and retrieves student score reports on the Banner Student System.
Performs security, daily back up and restoration checks of information; helps establish and maintain record keeping system, creates templates, spreadsheets and other documents in support of efficiency and accuracy for the department
Performs other related duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED and one (1) year of work experience teaching, testing or related experience.
Bilingual preference (Spanish/English)
This is a part-time position. Evening hours and Saturday work schedule
