• Coordinate and communicate with production and management teams to ensure accurate scheduling information is relayed and understood.

• Resolve any conflicts that arise from schedule changes, ensuring minimal disruption to the manufacturing process.

• Liaise with the production team to understand material requirements and ensure the schedule can be met.

• Detect and handle any capacity issues in production, optimizing resources for overall operational efficiency.

• Conduct scenario planning and simulations for business continuity planning, backups, etc., for global and regional systems.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years' experience in a production scheduling role within a manufacturing environment.

• Extensive experience with Siemens Opcenter APS or equivalent APS software is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working with stakeholders of all levels.

• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as familiarity with SQL and database systems is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

• Intermediate level business English and Japanese language proficiency

当社では、Siemens Opcenter APS (高度計画およびスケジューリング) ソフトウェアを活用して製造プロセスを管理する、熟練した高度生産スケジューリングスペシャリストを募集しています。生産スケジューリングおよび能力計画に関する深い理解を持ち、Siemens Opcenter APSをはじめとする関連ソフトウェアに精通した高度な技術力を備えている方をターゲットとしています。

主な業務内容 (以下に限定されません) ：

• Siemens Opcenter APSソフトウェアを使用して生産スケジュールを作成• 管理し、効率の最大化と生産目標の達成を図る

• 複雑な生産データを分析• 解釈し、潜在的な問題を特定して、業務目標を達成するための解決策を実施

• 生産プロセスを継続的に見直し、改善点を特定して必要に応じて変更を実施

• 生産チームおよび管理チームと連携し、正確なスケジューリング情報の共有と理解を促進

• スケジュール変更によるトラブルを解決し、製造プロセスへの影響を最小限に抑える

• 材料の必要量を把握するために生産チームと連携し、スケジュールの実現可能性を確保

• 生産における能力問題を検出• 対応し、リソースを最適化して業務効率を向上

• グローバルおよび地域システムにおける事業継続計画、バックアップ等のシナリオプランニングおよびシミュレーションを実施

応募資格：

• 製造業における生産スケジューリング業務の経験が2～3年ある方

• 優れた分析力と問題解決能力、細部への注意力

• あらゆるレベルの関係者と円滑に連携できる優れたコミュニケーション能力

• 複数の業務を同時にこなし、優先順位をつけて効率的に時間管理できる能力

• Siemens Opcenter APSまたは同等のAPSソフトウェアの豊富な使用経験があれば望ましい

• Microsoft Office製品の操作に習熟し、SQLやデータベースシステムに関する知識があると尚好

• ビジネス、サプライチェーンマネジメント、工学、または関連分野の学士号を有する方が望ましい

• 中級レベルのビジネス英語運用能力/日本語運用能力を有すること
