    Key Result Areas

    Customer Service

    Demand and Order Management

    • Process sales orders and forecasts received from customers via Salesforce, ensuring seamless manufacturing initiation and on-time fulfilment.

    • Manage the entire order cycle, actively monitoring future demand and improving forecast accuracy in collaboration with OU and Bottlers.

    • Lead Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) routines with Bottlers and OU to drive forecast accuracy.

    Customer Engagement & Service Review

    • Lead monthly demand review meeting with bottler

    • Conduct regular customer visits to Bottlers, serving as the key contact between customers and CPS plants.

    • Conduct customer surveys to assess and enhance service performance.

    • Participate in monthly/quarterly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to assess CPS/Bottler performance, commercialization timelines, new product forecasts, and improvement initiatives.

    Complaint Management

    • Log and acknowledge all customer complaints within 24 hours.

    • Facilitate root cause investigations with CPS teams, provide timely status updates, and ensure follow-through on corrective actions.

    • Conduct trend analysis to drive improvements in customer satisfaction.

    Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

    • Support Operational Excellence initiatives and contribute to a Continuous Improvement culture within CPS Korea.

    • Represent CPS Korea in Supply Chain DWT, collaborating with other CPS plants and Asia DWT to ensure consistent service levels for Operating Units and Bottlers.

    • Represent CPS Korea in the CS related DWT, working closely with other CPS Plants and Asia DWT, to deliver a consistent service level to Operating units and Bottlers.

    Local Material

    Procurement & Planning

    • Manage the local material purchase plan, tracking changes through SAP.

    • Place orders for local items (packaging, sole distribution items) based on demand plans.

    • For secondary agricultural products (roasted tea, coffee extract, R&G coffee), provide monthly forecasts and place supplier orders to maintain safety stock.

    Supplier & Logistics Coordination

    • Maintain the source list (PIR) and ensure accurate vendor data.

    • Schedule vendor deliveries upon PO issuance, tracking orders to secure on-time delivery.

    • Communicate closely with local vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth inbound logistics operations.

    Supplier Performance & Cost Management

    • Conduct monthly financial closing for materials.

    • Issue SSDR (Supplier Service Defect Ratio) reports for defects, gathering supplier feedback and aligning with relevant teams.

    • Continuously monitor supply processes to optimize costs and improve efficiency.

    • Follow RS Finance Calendar and support regional standard processes for local material management.

    Knowledge & Experience:

    • 3+ years of experience in the Customer Service and Supply Chain area - with procurement/operations/SAP S4 HANA experience preferred.

    • SAP IBP module experience preferred.

    • Strong knowledge on customer communication skill

    • Good manufacturing Practices (GMP) knowledge

    Education & Professional Qualification:

    • Bachelor's degree. Preferably in Food or Chemical

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills

    • Strong interpersonal and management skills.

    Language Requirements:

    • Good communication skill in English and Korean
