Ensure brand campaigns translate into high-impact in-store execution
Provide field insights to inform portfolio and activation strategy
Perform other job‑related duties as assigned, in response to evolving business needs and market dynamics
Qualifications & Requirements
Required
Bachelor's degree required
3-8 years experience in trade marketing, field marketing, or route-to-market leadership
Strong understanding of China high-density retail environments
Demonstrated operational rigor and execution excellence
Experience influencing cross-system stakeholders
Preferred
FMCG beverage experience
