    Position summary

    fficer is responsible for the processing of all corporate action events, dividends, letters of rep and proxies for various stockbrokers within the required timeframes and according to Directive FL of the JSE rules and regulations.

    Some of your key responsibilities will include:

    • Administer corporate action activities

    • Reconciliation of Corporate action accounts

    • Maintain client base

    • Manage controls and procedures

    What will you bring to the role?

    • Grade 12 certificate

    • Matric or equivalent

    • Business Sense

    • Knowledge of Financial Services Industry

    • Understand & apply company strategy

    • +- 2 Years Equity Settlement experience

    • Corporate actions knowledge

    • Broker back office/ custodial experience
