    Position summary

    're offering Monday - Friday, (That's right, no weekends!) working on a rota basis, between the hours of 8AM - 5.45PM. You will be required to work some bank holidays (this will be on a rota'd basis)

    Training

    • You will be required onsite for the first 6 weeks, during your training. After completion of training, you will be required to continue attending the office full time, until you have successfully completed your probationary period, then will revert to hybrid (3 days a week in office minimum).

    • Training hours for the 6 weeks will be 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM. You must be available to work these hours.

    The Customer Service Representative role is all about helping customers, with a focus on quality. Reporting to a Team Leader, you will utilise a range of in-house IT systems to ensure we maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction. You will provide services on behalf of our clients via telephone and you will always have plenty of interesting and rewarding challenges to keep you on your toes.

    • Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service

    • Strong communication skills

    • Ability to work as part of a team - positive outlook and high energy are key!

    • PC literate - including MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel

    • Enthusiasm to develop new knowledge and skills

    • Commitment to quality customer service
