're offering Monday - Friday, (That's right, no weekends!) working on a rota basis, between the hours of 8AM - 5.45PM. You will be required to work some bank holidays (this will be on a rota'd basis)
Training
You will be required onsite for the first 6 weeks, during your training. After completion of training, you will be required to continue attending the office full time, until you have successfully completed your probationary period, then will revert to hybrid (3 days a week in office minimum).
Training hours for the 6 weeks will be 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM. You must be available to work these hours.

The Customer Service Representative role is all about helping customers, with a focus on quality.
