    Position summary

    ic holiday calendar, so you will be required to work UK bank holidays.

    • A salary starting at £ 27,932.00 & the potential to learn and earn more with our development tiers package + monthly performance-related bonus.

    Training

    • You will be training remotely for 5 weeks then will be required onsite full time, after this to complete development centre (2 weeks). You will be required to continue attending the office full time, until you pass probation, then will work hybrid (3 days a week minimum).

    • Hours throughout training will be 14:00PM - 22:30PM. You must be available to work these hours.

    You must be available to start with us Monday 12th August 2024 and no leave can be taken in the first 7 weeks of starting the role, whilst you're training. The role is not available outside the UK, you must be located within 1 hours commute of Bristol and you must have reliable Internet/Wi-Fi connection.

    • Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service (within a Contact Centre)

    • Strong communication skills

    • Ability to work as part of a team - positive outlook and high energy are key!

    • PC literate - including MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel

    • Enthusiasm to develop new knowledge and skills

    • Commitment to quality customer service
