    A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for an experienced ER Change Manager to join our newly created People Experience Hub Centre of Excellence.   

    Reporting to the Head of ER Business Change, you will be responsible for supporting delivery of global employee change projects and activities across the Employee Relations team.  As a seasoned ER professional, you will draw on your varied experience in Project Management & Delivery, Consultation, Stakeholder Management, Continuous Improvement, Governance and Tracking & Reporting.

    In this key role for the business, you will support the implementation of employee change projects across the business, supporting the Head of ER Business Change to deliver larger and more complex change programmes and taking the lead on smaller/less complex change projects.

    Summary of key responsibilities:

    • Support the Head of ER Business Change to create, develop, and continually improve organisational change frameworks that can be used consistently across the business to deliver agile, best practice people change
    • Develop change management plans for projects and/or change initiatives
    • Work in partnership with internal stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are best practice and meet the business needs while remaining compliant and adhering to policy, process, and legislation
    • Provide expert advice, guidance and support on all ER matters occurring as part of the project activity ensuring actions minimise risk
    • Responsible for the creation, development, and delivery of project plans for the ER stream projects, including confirmation of project milestones, and progress reporting to management and project teams
    • Report to local statutory bodies using appropriate paperwork such as HR1’s
    • Ensure effective communication between project teams, ensuring managers are competent and confident in the application of People policies and practice
    • Providing coaching and training to managers at all levels
    • Upskill and coach the ER team and Business Partners to ensure compliance with the law as well as usage of standard templates, processes, and practices for managing global employee change
    • Supporting the Head of ER Change Management, will ensure that our obligations with regards to collective and individual consultation are delivered and that effective consultation is carried out with employees, works councils, unions, forums and other representative bodies in line with local legislation.

    What will you bring to the role? 

    To excel in this role, it is expected that you will be a highly experienced ER professional with extensive exposure to ER Change projects on a global scale. 

    Summary of skills and experience required:

    • Full awareness of core ER processes and practices
    • Good understanding of the consultation requirements and legal/employment law requirements relating to transformation projects
    • Strong Project Management skills
    • Overall understanding of the cultural aspects of the various businesses across the global portfolio
    • Knowledge of potential differences in approach / process across jurisdictions
    • Relevant professional HR qualification or significant ER case management/litigation experience
    • Knowledge of relevant employment law / regulatory impacts.
