    A role you will love

    Operating in Computershare's global people team as an Employee Relations Manager (ER Manager) you will work across all regions supporting our continuous improvement activity in particular facilitating automation and manager self-service from an Employee Relations perspective. You will also support the ER change team with other projects such as delivering organisational change.

    Key Responsibilities

    • You will support the planning and implementation of projects to drive manager self service and automation in the Employee Relations field working with other members of the ER function, and People Team both in the UK and globally.

    • Work with key managers in the business to provide consultancy and solution

    • Contribute to related People Team and business orientated projects, providing ER subject matter expertise including driving automation.

    • Provide jurisdiction specific legal/regulatory update to global policies where local variance is required for regional compliance.

    • Work with the ER policy team to ensure that CPU policies are supported by manager guides and toolkits as well as training to ensure that managers are aware of their obligations

    What will you bring to the role?

    • Relevant professional HR qualification.

    • Background as an experienced HR Generalist or ER change specialist. Experience of working on non-complex ER cases will be advantageous.

    • Ability to understand and interpret HR policies, processes and procedures and how to use HR systems to help direct managers to support material to answer their questions and guide them through automated journeys for non-complex cases.

    • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives

    • Ability to identify processes and system practices requiring improvement

    • Experience of coaching and developing change capability.

    • Knowledge of relevant employment law / regulatory impacts with background of implementation with an emphasis on restructuring, TUPE.

    • Experience of working within a global structure and considering multiple
      jurisdictions.

    • Effective Communications - Proficiency Level Advanced.

    • Knowledge of Organisation - Proficiency Level Advanced.

    • Consulting - Proficiency Level Advanced.
