    The Finance function is responsible for providing transactional accounting services; treasury, financial planning, analysis, reporting and commercial finance support to all business units and functions throughout Computershare, across all global locations. This position will be an integral part of the Financial Planning & Analysis leadership team and will report to an FP&A Director.

    The FP&A Manager, Cost Allocations and Transfer Pricing will work collaboratively and partner with the a variety of stakeholders including Technology and Shared Services, Legal, Tax, and others. The FP&A Manger will assume primary operating responsibility for Computershare's industry-leading cost allocation and Legal Entity Transfer Pricing operations, supporting continuous improvement, growth of the business unit, delivery of strategy and project related activity alongside business as usual.

    The FP&A Manager will be the primary systems owner and subject matter expert for Oracle Profitability and Cost Manager Cloud Services (PCMCS). Computershare has implemented PCMCS to automate a wide range of cost allocations to support both management reporting and the legal entity transfer pricing accounting. The FP&A Manager will further document and refine the operational processes, the governance, and the operational accounting process to support and deliver key business priorities for multiple stakeholders.

    Under the leadership of the FP&A Director, the FP&A Manager role will be responsible for supporting and coaching Finance Analysts to deliver on our objectives.

    Some of your key responsibilities will include:

    What will you bring to the role?

    • Lead the delivery of the financial and business analysis and business planning requirements for management reporting and legal entity profitability related to cost allocations and transfer pricing.

    • Develop and maintain a robust and auditable governance program for the allocations process

    • Proactively provide timely, insightful, and concise commercial and financial support, narrative and commentary related to budgeted and actual results for cost allocations and transfer pricing

    • Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, analysis, and forecasts, providing clear insight into the cost allocation process

    • Collaborate extensively with internal finance (global and regional) and business stakeholders, as required, in regularly ensuring appropriate financial recording of the internal consumption of goods and services

    • Lead the annual budget and forecasting processes for cost allocations and transfer pricing, as well as month end results analysis, 5-year plan strategy projections, and ensure appropriate business unit stakeholder engagement into the planning process and to meet deadlines

    • Understand and manage the application of the Oracle PCMCS system to the business process requirements for cost allocations. Develop requirements for system change, work with technology partners to ensure appropriate software change, test and apply system changes.

    • Develop and support required reporting and documentation of the cost allocation and transfer pricing processes

    • Working with the Business to identify and drive through opportunities for efficiencies using analytical insight and exploring needs with internal customers and suppliers and utilising this information to improve business results showing significant commercial and business acumen.

    • Contribute to Finance projects as a subject matter expert as required

    What will you bring to the role?

    Essential

    • Highly experienced in management reporting, budgeting and forecasting within a corporate environment

    • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in finance, accounting or related discipline

    • CA/CPA qualified (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) or local equivalent

    • Experience with Oracle PCMCS, Oracle Hyperion / Essbase, IBM TM1, and/or Acorn Activity Based Costing

    • Significant experience with a variety of cost allocations, legal entity transfer pricing, global transfer pricing, regulated entity "third party" pricing, etc.

    • Accounting experience with cost allocations and/or transfer pricing accounting

    • Significant experience in all aspects of Finance disciplines in terms of processes, procedures, systems, theories, and practices

    • Significant experience as a senior manager in a Finance function

    Desirable

    • Master's Degree in Business Administration preferred.

    • Experience with visualization software such as Tableau

    • ERP (Oracle, SAP, Workday, other) experience
