    Position summary

    ciate performs various duties supporting the operation and training on the Readsoft software system, ensuring all source documents are correctly scanned to meet system requirements.

    • Ensures that all mail is sorted in an efficient and timely manner according to the instructions specified.

    • Determines transactional types and assists with scanning and imaging work.

    • Assists with more complex mailroom projects.

    • Resolves complex issues and ensures the timely flow of output through the mail facility.

    • Maintains the mailing machines by periodic cleaning. When necessary, communicate any problems to the Lead and the following shift.

    • Other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

    What will you bring to the role?

    Required:

    Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
