    Position summary

    We give you a world of potential

    We are currently recruiting for an Officer to hold a role in our call-centre. You will join as an Investor Services Officer II, reporting into the Senior Manager, Investor Services.

    A role you will love

    As an Officer, you will handle telephone enquiries, answer enquiries from shareholders, investors, market intermediaries, employee share plan participants by phone based on relevant database and information. You will also have to arrange to send relevant instruction forms to shareholders by email, fax, or by post upon request.

    In addition, you will escalate complaints to relevant parties for further investigation and handling. There will be work-life balance and no over-time work required in this role.

    What will you bring to the role?   

    You will bring some working experience, ideally in a call-centre or a customer services role. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant, patient and commitment personality with the ability to work independently.

    In addition, it would be ideal to have basic knowledge of HK stock markets and/or employee share plans.

    Other key skills required for the role include:

    • Secondary School or above
    • Good command in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
