    A role you will love

    Reporting into the Plans Operations Manager in Dublin, this role involves the successful delivery of all activities relating to the analysis any breaches that have occurred within an employee share plan lifecycle for any of our clients. This is a key role, to ensure we adhere to not only our internal policies, but also those stated in the Central Bank of Irelands' Client Asset Regulations, which we are regulated by.

    You'll need to work closely with the leadership team to help ensure a streamlined and efficient process is carried out on all activities, whilst delivering best in class service to clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Effective and efficient analysis of data to identify if a breach has occurred.
    • Accurate update of existing breaches.
    • Timely and accurate communication to internal stakeholders of any new breaches
    • Proactively support and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure service levels for both break and breach completion is met
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, to drive reduction in break and ultimately breach numbers.
    • Build and maintain networks internally and externally to gain insight in area of specialism and keep abreast of industry trends.

    What will you bring to the role?

    • Holding a good knowledge of the Client Asset Regulations and previous analytical experience, would be beneficial but not essential.
    • Highly competent in demonstrating excellent communication, able to convey and articulate ideas to a wide variety of audiences, whilst managing multiple complex activities running in parallel.
    • Excellent organisational skills, possessing good time management, pay attention to detail and work with consistency, integrity, accountability, and professionalism at all times.
    • Passionate about customer delivery with evidence of championing and maintaining strong delivery to a large client and customer base.
    • Beneficial but but not essential: you will hold good knowledge of the products, services and systems used by Computershare, and ideally have knowledge of the Plans department.
