    A role you will love

    There are increasing demands and dynamic changes that occur during the busy, concentrated period of the meetings season. The Project Coordinator is expected to balance a fair and reasonable workload during the peak season when they are dealing with multiple clients, at the same time utilising the specialised knowledge gained in the department to maintain the service levels expected from clients and Computershare.

    Due to the changing nature of the business, the Project Coordinator is expected to be flexible in taking on other departmental or company tasks as required.

    The Project Coordinator must follow all relevant company policies and procedures, whilst dealing with the relevant stakeholders to ensure client requirements and expectations are met.

    Some of your key responsibilities will include:

    • Responsible for liaison with clients, internal stakeholders to prepare and manage the dispatch of documentation and digital communications to our client's securityholders along with organising all tasks associated with the meeting set up, planning and attendance at the meeting, determination of proxy processing rules, client reporting, and responsibilities on the day of the meeting.

    • Represent the state as subject matter expert for all meeting related items

    • Work with the national team to identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies

    • Collaborate and support team members during peak season to ensure accurate and timely delivery of all client meeting requirements

    You will possess the ability to quickly learn and take on new processes, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with external stakeholders including clients, intermediaries, and build relationships internally with other teams

    • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy to complete thorough checks of all work and to deliver every project to the highest level of quality

    • Exceptional customer service skills and strong administrative skills with an ability to follow checklists and procedures

    • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and be flexible (working hours) to meet deadlines.

    • Good problem-solving skill to analyse the situations and provide solutions to customers

    • Resilient and composed under pressure, proactive, self-motivated, take ownership/responsibility for own work
